n Prepare and review with you a competitive market analysis (CMA) to ensure your home is priced properly and competitively. n Install a distinctive Keller Williams "For Sale" sign in your front yard. n Deliver professional color flyers of your home. n Install a Multiple Listing Service electronic Lockbox to facilitate showings and create a record of times, dates, and agents who showed your home. n Notify your neighborhood that your home is for sale by sending out postcards. Neighbors are an excellent n Submit your listing information to Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for publication to approximately 800 Realtors & their buyers. n Notify the top 20% of sales agents who sell in our area. Statistics still show that the top 20% make over 80% of the sales.
n I will submit your home´s details and color photos to a large number of internet sites including: Southern Oregon MLS, Realtor.com, Keller Williams.com through direct submission to search engines--Google, Yahoo, Alta Vista, MSN, etc. My personal website: www.MedfordRealEstate.net appears on the first page of a Google search for Medford, OR area homes. n Plan and implement other advertising in the local area and out of state as appropriate. n Follow up on showings to get feedback from agents and their buyers and advise you of any problem areas that need correction. n Communication between us is important. My assistant and I keep in touch with you on a regular basis. n Represent and advise you when an offer is made and during negotiations.
